1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders within Kuwait only. For special delivery requests or future international shipping, please contact us at contact@mistologykw.com.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Flat Delivery Fee: 2 KWD across all areas in Kuwait.

  • Free shipping may be available for promotional offers or minimum spend thresholds.

3. Delivery Time

  • Order Processing Time: Within 1 business day.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 1–2 business days across Kuwait.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Missed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be made. If delivery fails repeatedly, your order may be returned, and re-delivery fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We are not liable for delays or losses once the package is handed to the courier. In case of a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).

7. Change of Address

To update your shipping address after placing an order, please email contact@mistologykw.com immediately. We can only change the address before dispatch.
