SECTION 25 - SKIN SENSITIVITY DISCLAIMER

Some of our fragrance and body products contain ingredients that may cause allergic reactions or skin sensitivity in certain individuals. We recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use immediately if any irritation occurs. Mistology Lab is not liable for reactions caused by misuse or known allergies.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW (UPDATED)

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and courts of the State of Kuwait. You and Mistology Lab consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
